目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮在煤工尘肺患者中的应用价值。方法收集京西地区煤工尘肺病例147例为研究对象,对受试者进行呼出气一氧化氮测定、肺功能检查,并收集其一般资料。对数据进行统计学分析,按煤工尘肺期别比较FeNO水平,按不同FeNO水平分组比较其身高、年龄、体重、接尘工龄之间差异,按不同级别肺功能情况进行分组比较了解呼出气一氧化氮水平。结果按不同煤工尘肺期别比较FeNO,差异无统计学意义,按FeNO0-25ppb、>25~50ppb、>50ppb分为三组比较期煤工尘肺期别、身高、年龄、体重、接尘工龄比较,差异无统计学意义,按肺功能Ⅰ级:轻度,FEV1≥80%预计值;Ⅱ级:中度,50%≤FEV1<80%Ⅲ级:重度,30%≤FEV1<50%预计值;Ⅳ级:极重度,FEV1<30%FEV1<30%预计值分组比较FeNO水平,差异无统计学意义。结论呼出气一氧化氮指标在不同期别煤工尘肺患者中差异无统计学意义,不同水平的FeNO的煤工尘肺患者其身高、体重、年龄、接尘工龄差异无统计学意义,不同级别肺功能的煤工尘肺患者FeNO水平差异无统计学意义。
Objective To investigate the value of exhaled nitric oxide in coal workers with pneumoconiosis. Methods A total of 147 cases of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis were collected from Jingxi area. Conclusion There is no significant difference in exhaled nitric oxide index between coal miners with different stages of pneumoconiosis.
