阔韧带巨大平滑肌瘤少见。我院收治1例,现报告如下。 患者,女,28岁。半月前无意中发现下腹部变大,但无妇科病史,无阴道流血、发烧及消瘦。大小便正常。月经史:17岁3/28天。孕三产三,无人流史。 查体:下腹部膨隆,触及一巨大包块,占据全下腹及盆腔,不固定,表面光滑。外阴及阴道正常,宫颈光滑,子宫似前倾。双侧附件触及不满意,无压痛。 实验室检查:①血常规:血红蛋白142g/L,红细胞5.05×10~(12)/L,白细胞9.5×10~9/L,中性0.75,淋巴0.25。②尿常规检查无异常。③宫颈涂片检查未找到癌细胞。
Broad ligament giant leiomyoma rare. 1 case admitted to our hospital, are as follows. Patient, female, 28 years old. Half a month ago inadvertently found lower abdominal enlargement, but no gynecological history, no vaginal bleeding, fever and weight loss. Normal urine. Menstrual history: 17 years old 3/28 days. Third trimester of pregnancy, no history of flow. Examination: bulging lower abdomen, touching a huge mass, occupy the entire lower abdomen and pelvis, not fixed, the surface is smooth. Vulva and vaginal normal, smooth cervix, the uterus leans forward. Bilateral attachment is not satisfied, no tenderness. Laboratory tests: ① blood: hemoglobin 142g / L, red blood cells 5.05 × 10-12 / L, white blood cells 9.5 × 10 ~ 9 / L, neutral 0.75, lymph 0.25. ② urine tests no abnormalities. ③ cervical smear did not find cancer cells.
