液芯钢锭轧制过程中产生鼓肚,是由于在液芯内压力和轧制压力的作用下,钢锭凝固壳产生塑性弯曲变形的结果,它是液芯钢锭最主要的变形特点。根据模拟试验研究和分析,探讨了影响鼓肚变形的一些因素,初步提出了变形深透程度估计方法。通过模拟比为1∶8的模拟试验,得出现行轧制条件下,ZF6.67吨沸腾钢锭和ZZ7.2吨冷封顶镇静钢锭的原始可轧体积液芯率为7%以下,结果与工业试验比较吻合。
The bulging of the liquid steel ingot during the rolling process is due to the plastic bending deformation of the ingot solidified shell under the pressure and rolling pressure in the liquid core. It is the most important deformation characteristic of the liquid steel ingot. According to the simulation test research and analysis, some factors affecting the deformation of the bulging belly were discussed, and the method of estimating the depth of deformation was proposed. Through simulating experiment with simulation ratio of 1: 8, it is found that under the current rolling conditions, the original roll volume of slug can be less than 7% for the ZF6.67 ton boiling ingot and ZZ7.2 ton cold capping top dead ingot. Industrial test is more consistent.
