一、引言满足(见参考文献[1])的带盒发条叫标准带盒发条。与一般带盒发条相比,标准带盒发条具有较小的外廓尺寸,最大的输出转数,因而,在钟表和仪器仪表中广泛应用。标准带盒发条的上紧圈数与自由圈数之差(n_j-n_z),是由发条工作要求确定的。上紧圈数n_j是确定发条尺寸参数的前提之一,而n_j很难应用公式直接求得,因此制成大量(n_k-n_z)——n_j线图。手工设计
I. INTRODUCTION Satisfied (see reference [1]) of the ribbon case called standard ribbon winding. Compared with the general ribbon spring, the standard ribbon spring has a smaller outer size, the maximum output revolutions, therefore, widely used in watches and instrumentation. The difference between the number of winding and the number of free turns (n_j-n_z) of the standard tape spring of the ribbon cassette is determined by the requirements of the spring. The number of tightening n_j is one of the prerequisites for determining the size parameter of the spring. However, it is very difficult for n_j to be obtained directly by using the formula, so a large number of (n_k-n_z) - n_j line graphs are made. Handmade design
