目的:探讨肺部手术围手术期氨溴索的合适剂量。方法:选择在深圳市第二人民医院实施肺部手术的295例患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和A、B、C、D治疗组,每组各59例。A、B、C、D组术后分别使用30、60、90、120 mg盐酸氨溴索,对照组使用生理盐水100 mL。比较各组术后排痰情况、并发症发生率及抗生素使用时间。结果:治疗组治愈率、好转率高于对照组(P<0.05);C、D组治愈率、好转率均高于A、B组(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率高于治疗;A、B组并发症发生率高于C、D组(P<0.05)。对照组抗生素使用时间长于治疗组(P<0.05),A、B、C组抗生素使用时间长于D组(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索可有效防止肺部手术围手术期的呼吸系统并发症,其临床剂量使用应适当偏用高剂量,具体最适剂量仍待进一步探索。
Objective: To investigate the appropriate dosage of Ambroxol during perioperative period of lung surgery. Methods: A total of 295 patients who underwent pulmonary surgery in the Second People’s Hospital of Shenzhen were selected as the control group and divided into control group and A, B, C and D groups, 59 cases in each group. Ambroxol hydrochloride 30, 60, 90 and 120 mg were used in group A, B, C and D, respectively. 100 mL saline was used in control group. The postoperative sputum excretion, incidence of complications and antibiotic use time were compared between the two groups. Results: The cure rate and improvement rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The cure rate and improvement rate in the C and D groups were higher than those in the A and B groups (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group. The incidence of complications in groups A and B was higher than that in groups C and D (P <0.05). The use of antibiotics in the control group was longer than that in the treatment group (P <0.05), and the use of antibiotics in the groups A, B and C was longer than that of the D group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ambroxol can effectively prevent the perioperative respiratory complications of pulmonary surgery. The clinical dosage should be appropriate to use high doses, the specific optimal dosage is still to be further explored.
