钨矿石坚硬,溜槽容易磨损,寻求耐磨材料向来是选矿生产上的一个重要课题。十多年来,我矿选矿车间先后试用过九种材料的溜槽衬板:松木、钢板、玻璃、橡胶、混凝土、石灰石、废旧锰钢板、铸铁和塑料。这些材料的共同弱点是寿命短,成本高,有些来源稀少,有些体大笨重,均不符合“多快好省”的原则。这九种材料中我们用的最多的是白口铸铁,30毫米厚的铸铁板使用寿命1～2年,1972年以前每年消耗铸铁20吨左右,浪费了大量的金属材料和检修工时。
Tungsten ore hard, easy to wear chute, wear-resistant materials has always been to seek for the production of an important issue. For more than a decade, I have experimented with nine material chute linings for the mineral processing plant: pine, steel, glass, rubber, concrete, limestone, scrap manganese steel, cast iron and plastic. The common weaknesses of these materials are short life expectancy, high costs, scarce sources and some bulky bodies, all of which do not conform to the principle of “being more economical and more economical”. The nine materials we use most are white cast iron, 30 mm thick cast iron plate life of 1 to 2 years, before 1972, consumption of 20 tons of cast iron each year, wasting a lot of metal materials and maintenance man hours.
