布拉格光纤光栅(FBG)是一种对多种物理量均敏感的的光纤传感器。本文搭建了基于FBGA解调模块的光纤光栅温度监测系统,实现了对外界环境的温度监测。通过FBGA内的DSP模块获取反射光的峰值波长,再采用拟合方法获得峰值波长与温度的关系,并采用Lab VIEW编写相应的上位机软件。通过测温实验并与恒温箱温度比较可知,该测量方法精确度较高,误差在±0.5℃以内,系统响应时间小于0.5S,系统监测温度灵敏度约为0.1℃。,当置信概率为95.40%时,重复性指标为±0.0210%。本系统的搭建为后续产品的研制奠定了良好的理论与技术基础,具有较好的实际应用价值。
Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBGs) are fiber optic sensors that are sensitive to a variety of physical quantities. In this paper, a fiber grating temperature monitoring system based on FBGA demodulation module is set up to realize the temperature monitoring of the external environment. The peak wavelength of the reflected light is obtained through the DSP module in the FBGA, and then the relationship between the peak wavelength and the temperature is obtained by the fitting method. The corresponding PC software is programmed by using Lab VIEW. Through the temperature experiment and comparison with the temperature of the incubator, we can see that the method has high accuracy, the error is within ± 0.5 ℃, the system response time is less than 0.5S and the temperature sensitivity of the system is about 0.1 ℃. , When the confidence probability is 95.40%, the repeatability index is ± 0.0210%. The system set up for the follow-up product development has laid a good theoretical and technical basis, with good practical value.
