广西灵山县果菜公司副食蜜饯加工厂,加工的糖桔饼,在1982年全国商业部门产品质量评比中,名列全国第一,并获商业部产品优质奖。该公司每年收购的橙子中,有一部分是不能外调的次果,如果不及时处理,就会造成损失。他们采取就地加工腌制糖桔饼的方法,避免了损失浪费。1981年以来,该公司经过向兄弟单位学习,并通过试验,取长补短,从实践中摸索总结了一套加工糖桔饼的技术,使产品质量有很大的提高。1982年收购次果100万斤,加工糖桔饼65万斤,质量均符合国家标准。他们主要抓住以下几个环节:
