栽培凤尾菇,一般都用稻草、蔗渣、棉籽壳、玉米芯等作栽培料。但我们地区棉籽壳、蔗渣等原料紧缺,价格很高。而我县是油茶产区,茶壳很多。为了充分利用当地资源,我们于1986年开始用茶壳栽培凤尾菇实验,取得了较好效果。现简介如下:(一)茶壳处理:拌料前选干燥的油茶壳,置拆掉筛子的粉碎机内打成颗粒状,用1%石灰水浸4～5小时,再用清水浸10小时,使pH 达到中性,捞起沥去水份即可用于栽培。(二)拌料播种:采用箱栽和床栽两种方式。培养料配方为茶壳70%、米糠28%、碳酸钙和食糖各1%,每100公斤干料另加KH_2PO_4100克,料含水量65%.每米~2用干料8.5公斤,菌种3瓶,采用三层播种,最上层播种后盖一层报纸再覆地膜保温保湿。按常规栽培管理。
