钛/钢异种金属电子束焊接技术的发展现状

由于电子束焊接具有高能量密度、精确可控的束斑尺寸和位置、低的焊接残余应力、无污染焊缝等优点,被认为是连接异种材料最合适的焊接方法。在分析钛/钢异种金属可焊性的基础上,归纳总结了电子束焊接钛/钢异种金属的特点,综述了国内外钛/钢异种金属电子束焊接研究进展,并对钛/钢异种金属电子束焊接的发展前景进行了展望。 Due to its high energy density, precisely controlled beam spot size and position, low welding residual stresses and pollution-free welds, electron beam welding is considered as the most suitable welding method for joining dissimilar materials. Based on the analysis of the weldability of titanium / steel dissimilar metals, the characteristics of titanium / steel dissimilar metals by electron beam welding are summarized. The research progress of titanium / steel dissimilar metals electron beam welding at home and abroad is reviewed. The prospect of electron beam welding is prospected.
