目的观察四君子汤加味中药方配合西医三联疗法治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的疗效。方法将62例胃十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为2组:治疗组采用四君子汤加味方(党参、白术。茯苓、甘草、川黄连、黄芪、海螵蛸、三七、木香)配合西医三联疗法治疗,对照组单予西医三联疗法治疗,观察2组治疗后症状、体征和胃镜复查等变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率97%,对照组总有效率77%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤加味方联合三联疗法治疗胃十二指肠溃疡疗效较好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Sijunzi Decoction with traditional Chinese medicine prescription and western medicine triple therapy on gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods Sixty-two patients with gastroduodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction (Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria, Licorice, Chuan Huanglian, Astragalus, sea buckthorn, Panax notoginseng, woody) The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine triple therapy, and the changes of symptoms, signs and gastroscopy were observed in the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97% in the treatment group and 77% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction combined with triple therapy is effective in treating gastroduodenal ulcer.
