目的对某人造防火板制造企业职业病危害因素进行识别与分析,明确职业病危害因素控制的岗位,以便提出预防控制措施。方法通过职业卫生调查、职业危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法分析其危害程度。结果该企业的主要职业病危害因素主要有甲醛、苯酚、甲醇、氢氧化钠、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、粉尘、高温、噪声等。其中甲醛合格率为41%,噪声合格率为71%,其他职业病危害因素检测结果均低于职业接触限值。接触有害因素工人上岗前职业健康体检均未发现职业禁忌症。甲醛超标主要存在于其中树脂合成投料、含浸、排叠、热压等工序;噪声超标主要存在裁切、砂磨岗位。结论加强树脂合成投料、含浸、排叠、热压等重点控制岗位的通风;对裁切段、砂磨岗位采取消声、隔离等降噪措施。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of a man-made fire-prevention board manufacturing enterprise and clarify the positions controlled by occupational hazards in order to put forward prevention and control measures. Methods Through occupational health survey, occupational hazards test, occupational health examination and other methods to analyze the degree of harm. Results The main occupational hazards of the enterprise mainly include formaldehyde, phenol, methanol, sodium hydroxide, nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide, dust, high temperature, noise and so on. Among them, the pass rate of formaldehyde is 41% and the pass rate of noise is 71%. The test results of other occupational hazards are lower than the occupational exposure limit. Exposure to harmful factors Occupational health examination before employment workers found no job contraindications. Formaldehyde exceeded mainly in which the synthesis of resin feed, impregnation, stacking, hot pressing and other processes; there are mainly noise cutting, grinding positions. CONCLUSIONS Ventilation should be strengthened in key control positions such as feeding, impregnation, stacking and hot pressing of resin synthesis, and noise reduction measures such as noise reduction and isolation should be adopted for cutting section and sand grinding station.
