众多周知,我国在经济建设上已经取得了很高的成就,在经济建设日益延伸的发展趋势下,我国的建筑建材工程有了巨大的发展。但是在这蒸蒸日上的建筑行业背后,依然存在着很多的挑战。为了推动建筑施工技术的快速发展,在建设施工的管理必须具备有管理理念,施工单位也要具有创新意识,本文从我国工业与民用施工技术现状出发,展开一系列分析,同时找到弊端并加以解决。
