目的:观察虎金丸的抗肝纤维化作用及对肝纤维化的免疫组化和超微结构的影响。方法:采用CCl4 后腿皮下注射致大鼠肝纤维化模型。结果:模型组大鼠病理片呈肝纤维化变,FSC增生活跃,有较大量的IV型胶原沉积。超微结构可见大量的胶原纤维生成和成纤维细胞。结论:虎金丸能明显改善上述组织形态学的变化,抑制肝纤维化的形成,改善肝细胞的超微结构。
Objective: To observe the effect of Hujin Pill against liver fibrosis and the effect of immunohistochemistry and ultrastructure on liver fibrosis. METHODS: Hepatic fibrosis model was induced by subcutaneous injection of CCl4 on hind legs. Results: The pathological slices of rats in the model group showed hepatic fibrosis, FSC hyperplasia, and a large amount of type IV collagen deposition. Ultrastructure shows a large number of collagen fibers and fibroblasts. Conclusion: Hujin Pill can significantly improve the above-mentioned histomorphological changes, inhibit the formation of hepatic fibrosis, and improve the ultrastructure of hepatocytes.
