疫苗是预防和控制传染病的重要手段。针对特殊高危人群采取合适的免疫接种策略对于保护重点易感人群以及预防疫苗可预防传染病的传播是必要的。医院及其医务人员对于传染病的管理和控制起关键作用,医务人员接种疫苗不仅可以保护自身免患传染病,而且有利于控制传染病的院内传播并保护患者。本文对医务人员疫苗接种的现况以及有关影响因素进行了综述。
Vaccines are an important means of preventing and controlling infectious diseases. A suitable immunization strategy for special high-risk groups is necessary for the protection of key populations and for the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases. Hospitals and their medical staff play a key role in the management and control of infectious diseases. Vaccination by medical staff not only protects themselves from contagious diseases, but also helps control the spread of infectious diseases in hospitals and protects patients. This article summarizes the current status of the vaccination of medical staff and the related influencing factors.
