项目管理很重要的一项工作是进行可行性研究。可行性研究是指在从事一种经济活动之前,对一项方案从经济、技术、生产、销售直到社会、法律、环境各方面进行具体的调查研究,确定其是否可行。
One of the important tasks of project management is to conduct feasibility studies. Feasibility study means that before engaging in an economic activity, conduct a specific investigation and study on the economy, technology, production, sales, social, legal, and environmental aspects of a program to determine whether it is feasible.
