许多大型建筑物门前均有大型室外平台,这些平台的存在,无疑对建筑物的形象起到了画龙点睛的作用。但美中不足的是,这些平台与首层地面交界处往往会形成一条贯通的裂缝,这些裂缝或宽或窄,且裂缝两侧地面常常存在明显的高低差,严重影响了建筑物的美观和使用功能。经过长期的研究,笔者认为裂缝的形成主要是设计上的问题。
Many large buildings have large outdoor platforms in front of them. The existence of these platforms undoubtedly plays a crucial role in the image of buildings. But in the ointment, these platforms and the ground floor of the first floor often form a continuous crack, these cracks are wide or narrow, and there are often obvious height differences on the ground on both sides of the crack, which seriously affects the aesthetics and function of the building. . After long-term research, the author believes that the formation of cracks is mainly a matter of design.
