(一) 1990年6月以前,浙江省两大卷烟厂:杭州和宁波卷烟厂生产的84mm“杭州”、“宁波”、“西湖”过滤嘴烟等牌号卷烟,在全国名烟价格放开以后仍实行凭票供应,被称为“二名烟”。这部分烟的产量只占两大烟厂总产量的10%左右,大量的低档烟,虽不凭票供应但仍实行国家定价,殊不知,这几年浙江城市烟民的消费档次提高,逐渐掏汰了低档卷烟,使低档卷烟
(a) Before June 1990, the two major cigarette factories in Zhejiang Province: 84mm“Hangzhou”, “Ningbo”,“Westlake” filter cigarettes and other brand cigarettes produced by Hangzhou and Ningbo Cigarette Factory.
