百菌清学名四氯间苯二腈,简称 TPN。1.试剂及仪器TPN 纯品:将粗制品用丙酮进行再结晶(使熔点为250～251℃)。内标物:β-NPK(β-萘基苯基酮)特级试剂。内标物溶液:准确称取β-NPK1,000毫克放于100毫升量瓶中,以丙酮溶解后,稀释至刻度。仪器:付氢焰离子鉴定器的气相色谱仪。色谱柱:内径3毫米,长1米,硼硅酸玻璃制。填充剂:3%sp 2401(聚氟代烷基硅酮)/Gaschrom Q(80～100目)

Internal standard solution: Accurately weigh β-NPK1000 milligrams in a 100-mL volumetric flask, dissolve in acetone and dilute to volume. Instrument: hydrogen flame ionization detector gas chromatograph. Column: 3 mm in inner diameter and 1 meter in length, made of borosilicate glass. Filler: 3% sp 2401 (polyfluoroalkyl silicone) / Gaschrom Q (80 to 100 mesh)
