强化一个管理,重点深化民主管理工作。主要采取三面措施:一是基础资料的完善;二是车间站务公开栏的督导;三是班组民主管理的深化。落实三种形式:一是落实站长联络员制度;二是设立站长热线电话;三是建立职工“求助”电话。
