提出了一种基于神经网络辩识影响机床热误差关键点的新方法,从而为机床热监控的最佳测温点及控制源位置的选择,提供了新的思路及实现方法。同时也给出了各测温点热平衡时间及热平衡状态时温度的估计方法。实际应用表明所提出的方法具有非常理想的效果。
A new method based on neural network is proposed to identify the key points that affect the thermal error of machine tools. This provides a new idea and method for selecting the best temperature measurement point and control source for thermal monitoring of machine tools. At the same time, the methods of estimating the temperature of the thermal equilibrium time and the thermal equilibrium state are also given. Practical application shows that the proposed method has a very good effect.
