针对涠洲油田群污水排放量已超出国家允许的外排指标(最大允许排放量为7 500 m3/d),迫切需要将含油污水回注地层,结合涠洲油田地层渗透率低的情况,借鉴陆地油田A2级标准注水工艺技术,制定了合理的陶瓷膜超滤技术注水设计方案。根据平台实验过程和测试结果,陶瓷膜过滤器运行稳定,产水水质不随上游来水水质波动而变化,达到A2级标准(油、悬浮物的质量浓度分别≤6、≤2 mg/L,中值粒径≤1.5μm),满足低渗油田回注需求,实现零污染排放。作为海油平台的首例A2级注水处理工艺,可为其它海上平台的污水回注设计提供借鉴。
