心理学研究表明:个体在学习过程中与学习者的心态存在直接的关系,那就是学习者的情绪对学习活动起着一定的情绪稳定作用。因此,在存在体育教学中开展快乐运动教学模式是提高教学效率的有效途径。然而,很多体育运动项目并非像我们想象那样有趣。而是十分枯燥的机械训练,这时如何将学习内容变得有吸引力,更适合学生学习,这是体育教师需要做的,也是对体育教师学习的最好评价。体育学习是一件轻松,但又有一定挑战的活动,每个学生的承受能力是不同的,所以体育课应该针对每一位学生,安排属于他们的活动。

Therefore, carrying out the teaching mode of happy sports in PE teaching is an effective way to improve the teaching efficiency. However, many sports are not as fun as we think. But very boring mechanical training, then how to make learning content become more attractive, more suitable for students to learn, which is what physical education teachers need to do, but also the best evaluation of physical education teachers. Physical education is a relaxing but challenging activity. Each student has different abilities. Therefore, physical education should be arranged for each student to arrange their own activities.
