低渗透油田水平井重复压裂改造是一项复杂而又有实际价值的工程技术。某油田低渗透油藏经常会发生程度不同的污染堵塞,造成油井近井地带渗流能力降低,油井产量下降,开展低渗透油藏水平井重复压裂改造有十分重要的意义。要选择水平井污染堵塞的层段进行重复压裂改造,针对目前国内外低渗透油田水平井重复压裂改造工艺复杂、工艺可靠性差的现状,在环空分压和桥塞压裂工艺基础上,对双封选压工具和管柱结构进行优化。提出一种利用双封单卡拖动管柱对水平井进行分段重复压裂的工艺及配套技术。经现场应用,该管柱具有改造针对性强、节省时间的优势,满足水平井分段重复压裂要求。
Horizontal Well Re-fracturing in Low Permeability Oilfields is a complex and valuable engineering technique. Low-permeability reservoirs in a certain oilfield often have different levels of pollution and clogging, which leads to the decrease of seepage ability near wellbore and the decrease of oil well production. It is of great significance to carry out the repeated fracturing rebuilding of horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoirs. In order to select the horizontal well to be clogged by repeated fracturing, aiming at the current situation of complex fracturing technology and poor process reliability of horizontal well in domestic and foreign low permeability oilfields, based on annular pressure divider and bridge plug fracturing technology , Double seal selection tools and column structure optimization. This paper presents a technology and supporting technology for the sub-stage fracturing of horizontal wells by double-sealed single-card dragging columns. After field application, the pipe string has the advantages of strong pertinence and time saving, and meets the requirement of horizontal well fracturing.
