时下,人们在饮食上越来越讲究健康和新奇了。满身利刺的仙人掌也被人们作为又健康又美味的蔬菜推上了餐桌。只不过这种用来做菜的仙人掌不是我国土生土长的,而是近些年万里迢迢从墨西哥引进的一种名叫“米邦塔”的食用仙人掌。经过繁殖推广,许多地方都将其视作名贵蔬菜,一些新闻媒体更将其炒得神乎其神,弄得众多没吃过的人都想亲尝为快。好奇之下,笔者也引种了一些,并且先行品尝。
