药理研究表明,中华跌打丸能显著地抑制二甲苯的致炎作用及醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性升高的作用;能缩短凝血时间及凝血酶原时间;对小鼠遭受低温、缺氧等应激刺激有明显的保护作用;能明显对抗环磷酰胺的白细胞降低作用以及提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。本品小鼠腹腔注射LD_(50)为36.60±1.98g/kg,口服可达临床用量200倍以上,表明毒性低。
Pharmacological studies have shown that Chinese beaten pellets can significantly inhibit xylene-induced inflammation and acetic acid-induced elevation of capillary permeability; shorten coagulation time and prothrombin time; and suffer hypothermia and hypoxia in mice. Such stress stimuli have obvious protective effects; can significantly reduce the leukocyte-lowering effect of cyclophosphamide and increase the phagocytic ability of normal mouse peritoneal macrophages. This product mice peritoneal injection of LD_ (50) was 36.60 ± 1.98g/kg, oral up to 200 times the clinical dosage, indicating that the toxicity is low.
