文章以陕西师范大学、陕西理工学院2005级76名学生为被试,通过对大学生武术考试中表现出的两种类型自我妨碍的测量,揭示了大学生自我妨碍行为对考试成绩的影响。研究发现,自陈式自我妨碍越高,成绩越差;行为式自我妨碍越少,考试成绩越优秀;行为式自我妨碍对武术考试成绩的影响较自陈式自我妨碍更为显著。
The article takes 76 students of Grade 2005 in Shaanxi Normal University and Shaanxi Institute of Technology as subjects, and reveals the impact of self-handicap behavior on test scores by measuring the two types of self-interference exhibited by college students’ martial arts exams. The study found that self-obstruction of self-Chen higher, the worse the performance; behavioral self-interference less, the more excellent examination results; behavioral self-interference on the martial arts test scores more self-obstruction than self-Chen.
