本文介绍了30mm~2和80mm~2大面积Si(Li) X射线探测器的研制工艺及测量中的部分问题,并作了讨论。80mm~2探测器的系统能量分辨率为173eV(对~(55)Fe 5.89keV Mn Kα X射线),该指标已达到国外同类产品的水平。
This paper introduces the development of 30mm ~ 2 and 80mm ~ 2 large area Si (Li) X-ray detector and some of the measurement problems, and discussed. The system energy resolution of the 80mm ~ 2 detector is 173eV (~ (55) Fe 5.89keV Mn Kα X-ray), which has reached the level of similar foreign products.
