Structural abnormalities of the X chromosome are less common in oncological diseases. The authors found abnormal cell lines characterized by abnormalities of the X chromosome in the bone marrow of 3 patients with a history of idiopathic acquired dysplasia. The karyotypes of 3 patients were as follows: Example 1: 47, X, 2idic (X) (q13); Example 2: 46, X, idic (X) (q13) and 47,2 idic (X) (q13) Cell lines; Example 3: 46, X, t (X; 11) (q13; p15). 3 patients were female
