本文主要阐述套管式和环缝式两种类型喷嘴的设计。双套管采用面积比为1≤A:≤3,环缝喷嘴采用周界比为3≤((D_1+D_2)~(1/2))/((D_1-D_2)~2)≤5是合理的。若底吹采用搅拌气体(N_2,Ar)时,环缝结构比双套管结构更为优越,表现在流量稳定,调节流量范围较大,不易结瘤,对喷嘴周围耐火材料冲刷较轻。同时,喷枪位置的布置也对吹炼效果有明显的影响。故对使用管式底吹喷枪,提供了较完善的技术资料。
This article mainly expounds the design of two types of nozzles, casing and annular joints. The ratio of the two bushing used is 1≤A: ≤3, and the circumferential ratio of annular nozzle is 3≤ ((D_1 + D_2) ~ (1/2)) / (D_1-D_2) ~ 2) ≤5 reasonable. If the bottom blowing with stirring gas (N_2, Ar), the girth structure is more superior than the double casing structure, showing that the flow rate is stable, regulating the flow range is large, not easy to nodulate, lighter refractories around the nozzle. At the same time, the location of the spray gun also has a significant impact on the blowing effect. Therefore, the use of tube bottom blowing gun, provides a more comprehensive technical information.
