介绍了一种基于Internet的轧机传动系统的远程故障诊断系统的具体解决方案。该系统实现了对大量实时数据的动态显示、传输以及防火墙穿越等问题。通过试运行证明该系统具有较好的安全性 ,良好的可移植性、可扩充性和稳定性 ,能对轧机传动系统的运行状态及时作出判断
This paper introduces a concrete solution to the remote fault diagnosis system of mill drive system based on Internet. The system realizes the dynamic display of large amounts of real-time data, transmission and firewall traversal and other issues. The trial run shows that the system has good security, good portability, scalability and stability, and can judge the running status of rolling mill transmission timely
