目前各地冬学已经展开起来了,这是今年全省人民,全体干部的一件大事。必须充分运用已有的经验,争取时间,深入钻研,组织一切可能组织的力量,努力领导好这一广泛而复杂的工作。为此,省府已公布了「关于开展冬季农民业余教育(冬学)工作的指示」(以下简称指示),说细规定了冬学工作的各项方针和具体办法,我们应当切实贯彻。兹根据过去的工作经验,写几点对这一指示精神的体会,提供出来,做为各县领导上的参考。
At present, the winter school has been started all over the country. This is a major event for the people and cadres throughout the province this year. We must make full use of the existing experience, strive for time, study in depth, organize all possible organizational forces and work hard to lead this extensive and complex work. To this end, the provincial government has promulgated the “Instructions on Carrying Out the Work of Winter Farmers’ Amateur Education (Winter School)” (hereinafter referred to as the instruction), and said that the detailed guidelines and specific measures for winter school work should be specified and should be implemented practically. Based on past work experience, I write a few words on the spirit of this instruction, provided, as the county leaders on the reference.
