近几年来,私营个体经济成为全区经济增长的新源头,并逐步成为区域经济舞台上的重要角色。但是,又面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。为做大做强私营个体经济,我们提出如下对策和建议:1、解放思想,形成发展合力。面对“入世”后经济全球化趋势增强、市场竞争更加激烈的新形势,为实现全区私营个体经济在两年内占全区GDP和财政收入的比重都要达到50%以上的近期目标和“十五”期间全区经济发展要达到非公有制经济为主体,私个经济唱主角,多种经济成份蓬勃发展的奋斗目标,要从再造跨世纪发展新优势、加快富民强区进程、实现经济腾飞的高度,充分认识发展私营个体经济的战略意义。要把发展私营个体经济摆上全局工作的重要位置,进一步解放思想,更新观念,大胆突破传统所有制和发展模式的束缚,“放胆、放心、放手、放开”发
