房产档案的数字化管理是指利用计算机扫描数据、多媒体存储等高新技术,把房产档案信息资源转化为数字化的档案信息,以数字化的形式进行管理,形成一个有序的档案库,及时提供利用,实现资源共享。近年来,数字化的技术水平越来越高,涉及的领域也越来越广,电子文件的大量产生和广泛应用,使房产档案信息资源快速向数字化方向发展。因此,尽快实现房产档案的数字化,使房产档案管理由传统走向现代是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。
