目的 :探讨不输血施行乳腺癌根治术的必要性、可行性和避免输血的措施。方法 :对 1988年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月作者连续施行 4 77例乳腺癌根治术的手术资料、术中出血量及术后引流量进行统计分析。结果 :本组病例手术时间及术中、术后失血量均逐年下降 ,输血病例数逐年显著减少。结论 :不输血施行乳腺癌根治术是十分必要的和完全可行的 ,成熟的手术技术和合理的围手术期处理是减少出血和避免输血的关键途径和主要方法。
Objective: To investigate the necessity, feasibility and avoidance of blood transfusion in patients undergoing radical mastectomy without blood transfusion. Methods: From April 1988 to March 2003, the authors performed a series of data analysis on the operation of 477 cases of radical mastectomy, the amount of bleeding during operation and the amount of postoperative drainage. Results: The operation time, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss decreased year by year, the number of cases of transfusion decreased significantly year by year. Conclusion: It is very necessary and feasible to use no blood transfusion for radical mastectomy. Mature surgical techniques and rational perioperative management are the key and main methods to reduce bleeding and avoid transfusion.
