使用通用的阻抗计法测量石英晶体谐振器的谐振频率和其它电参数,由于分布参数的存在,其实际电参数模型不同于理论模型,这种差别是造成测量误差的主要原因之一,分析两模型间的差别及其对测量结果影响的函数关系,并据此采用改进的测量方法,可以显著提高测量精度
Due to the existence of distributed parameters, the actual electrical parameter model is different from the theoretical model by using the common impedance meter to measure the resonant frequency and other electrical parameters of the quartz crystal resonator. This difference is one of the main reasons for the measurement error. Two Model differences and their impact on the measurement results of the functional relationship, and accordingly the use of improved measurement methods, can significantly improve the measurement accuracy
