非智力因素主要是指在学习活动中表现出来的,并会影响学习积极性和有效性的动机、兴趣、情绪和意志等心理因素,以及学习主体对这些因素的自我意识和自我管理。非智力因素是影响学习策略获得的因素之一,但非智力因素必须通过一定的策略才能充分、有效地调动起智力资源,发挥它对学习的积极作用。
Non-intelligence factors mainly refer to the psychological factors such as motivation, interest, emotion, and will that are manifested in learning activities and affect the enthusiasm and effectiveness of learning, as well as the self-awareness and self-management of these factors by the learning subject. Non-intellectual factors are one of the factors that influence the acquisition of learning strategies. However, non-intelligence factors must be able to fully and effectively mobilize intellectual resources through a certain strategy to exert its active role in learning.
