目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中晚卵泡期血清孕激素的参考阈值。方法:回顾性分析2007年2月～2010年11月在遵义医学院附属医院生殖中心行IVF-ET 436个周期的临床资料。根据4≤获卵数≤15或获卵数>15,将患者分为卵巢正常反应组及卵巢高反应组,以正常卵裂速度胚胎为效应指标,通过绘制ROC曲线,最终确定该生殖中心晚卵泡期血清孕激素的参考阈值。结果:ROC曲线显示,卵巢正常反应组晚卵泡期血清孕激素的参考阈值为4.95 nmol/L;卵巢高反应组晚卵泡期血清孕激素的参考阈值为5.95nmol/L。结论:该生殖中心卵巢正常反应组晚卵泡期血清P的参考阈值定为4.95nmol/L,卵巢高反应组晚卵泡期血清孕激素的参考阈值定为5.95 nmol/L。
Objective: To investigate the reference threshold of serum progesterone in late follicular phase of IVF-ET (IVF-ET). Methods: The clinical data of 436 cycles of IVF-ET at the Reproductive Center of Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from February 2007 to November 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into normal ovarian response group and high ovarian response group according to 4 ≤ number of oocytes ≤15 or number of oocytes retrieved> 15, and the normal cleavage rate embryos were taken as the effect index. The reproductive center was finally determined by drawing ROC curve Reference threshold for follicular phase serum progesterone. Results: The ROC curve showed that the reference threshold of serum progesterone in the normal ovarian follicular phase was 4.95 nmol / L and the reference threshold of serum progesterone in late ovarian follicular phase was 5.95 nmol / L. CONCLUSIONS: The reference threshold of serum P in late ovarian follicular phase in the normal ovarian reaction group is 4.95nmol / L, and the reference threshold of serum progesterone in late ovarian follicular phase is 5.95nmol / L.
