旅游服务质量是旅游业的灵魂。情感化服务是服务质量的重要体现 ,是旅游服务的本质属性之一。情感化服务的内涵首先是人际交流 ,涉及人际交流中情景、角色、手段等诸方面 ;情感化服务是充满“人情味”和“亲切感”的服务 ,它是旅游业服务中尤其是人对人服务的一个重要组成部分。由此提出深化情感化服务的途径和对于提高服务质量的重要性
