本文从总部经济发展的理论基础出发,分析西安总部经济发展的现状及其优劣势,提出西安发展总部经济的建议:根据西安行业的比较优势,确定引进总部的重点;留住总部经济发展人才;制定实施鼓励发展总部经济的优惠政策。
Based on the theoretical foundation of economic development in headquarters, this paper analyzes the current situation and advantages and disadvantages of economic development in Xi’an headquarters and puts forward the suggestion on developing economy of headquarters in Xi’an. According to the comparative advantages of Xi’an industry, the key points of introducing headquarters are determined; Formulate and implement preferential policies to encourage and develop the headquarters economy.
