毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha)和黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)同属于担子菌纲、银耳目、黑木耳科、黑木耳属。黑木耳是我国著名的食用菌之一。全国许多地区建立起生产基地,同时开展广泛的研究。而关于毛木耳的研究现在仍然不多,某些地方所进行的也多是采用段木栽培法。段木生产的不仅产量低,且需要大量的林木资源,并受了树种的限制,因此,要大规模生产毛木耳是有困难的。有些人虽利用锯木屑、蔗渣、秸秆通过盆栽、箱栽等方法进行栽培,也取得了一定的效果,但挖瓶、压砖、培养等工序繁琐。为此,我们进行了用塑料袋培养毛木耳菌丝,然后让子实体从袋的侧壁洞口上长出的“袋式栽培法”的研究。
Auricularia polytricha and Auricularia auricula belong to the Basidiomycetes, Tremella, Auriculaceae, and Auricularia. Black fungus is one of China’s famous edible fungi. Many parts of the country set up production bases, while conducting extensive research. However, the research on the fur fungus is still not much now, and in some places, it is mostly done by the segment wood cultivation method. The production of segment wood is not only low in output but also requires a large amount of forest resources and is limited by tree species. Therefore, it is difficult to produce the large-scale production of ear mushrooms. Although some people use sawdust, bagasse, straw by potting, boxing and other methods of cultivation, but also achieved some results, but digging bottles, pressing brick, cultivation and other processes cumbersome. To this end, we conducted a study of the “bag cultivation method” of cultivating A. furcifera in plastic bags and then growing the fruiting bodies from the openings in the side walls of the bags.
