为了减小海浪、洋流对海上起重机作业稳定性的影响,保障海上作业安全进行,并针对当前主动升沉补偿系统动作频率高、能量损失严重等问题,分析升沉运动的补偿原理及系统节能潜力,设计了一种能够对负载势能进行能量回收的节能型主动绞车升沉补偿液压驱动系统,并对能量回收系统进行了具体元件的参数设计,应用AMESim软件建立了该补偿系统的仿真模型,并对典型工况进行仿真分析,研究系统的补偿性能及补偿过程中能量回收效率。结果表明,该系统可以实现较高的补偿精度,并且节能效果明显。
In order to reduce the impact of waves and currents on the stability of offshore cranes and ensure the safety of offshore operations, the compensation principle and system energy saving potential of heave motion are analyzed in view of the high active frequency and serious energy loss of active heave compensation system , An energy-saving drive winch compensating hydraulic drive system is designed to recover the load potential energy. The parameters of the energy recovery system are designed. The simulation model of the compensation system is established by AMESim software. The typical conditions of the simulation analysis of the system of compensation performance and energy recovery process of compensation efficiency. The results show that the system can achieve higher compensation accuracy, and energy-saving effect is obvious.
