原发性纵隔内胚窦癌甚为罕见，我院收治2例，报道如下。临床资料例1男性，20岁。因持续性脚痛伴胸闷憋气和咳嗽2月，于1983年11月16日入院。体检：一般状况良好，锁骨上淋巴结无肿大，心肺（一），腹部及泌尿生殖系均未见异常。胸部X线平片示：右前上纵隔8cm×7cm×7cm大小球形
Primary mediastinal endosperm sinus cancer is very rare. There are 2 cases in our hospital. The report is as follows. Clinical data Example 1 Male, 20 years old. He was admitted to hospital on November 16, 1983 for persistent foot pain with chest tightness, suffocation and coughing in February. Physical examination: General condition is good, no enlargement of supraclavicular lymph nodes, heart and lung (1), abdomen and genitourinary system are not abnormal.
