好友聚餐,韭、藕上桌。智者曰:“男不离韭,女不离藕,请!”众皆笑,余则不知所云为何。事后求教于某博学,今将阐述择要而录,愿与读者共享之。韭菜是我国特有的蔬菜,《诗经》、《礼记》均曾提及,古书并有“韭田千畦”的记载。再看看“夜雨剪春韭”(杜甫),“青蒿黄韭试春盘”(苏东坡)等诗句,可见它自古以来就是一种广被食用和深受欢迎的菜肴。
