对一新型四辊DC轧机中的电液位置控制系统进行分析,提出一种新的控制结构──模糊控制与智能控制并联的结构形式(Fuzzy—IPID),并对系统控制特性进行测试。理论分析与实验结果表明,这种控制系统具有良好的控制效果,可以用于轧机板厚板形综合调节控制系统中。
Based on the analysis of electro-hydraulic position control system in a new four-roller DC mill, a new control structure-fuzzy-IPID with fuzzy control and intelligent control in parallel-is proposed and the control characteristics of the system are tested. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the control system has a good control effect and can be used in the comprehensive control system of rolling mill plate thickness.
