在新的形势下,做好日常政治思想工作,需要相关主导人员深入分析社会现实条件、特殊社会时期思想领域的特点及发展规律、个体的思想变化特点及规律。只有立足现实,按照规律顺藤摸瓜,才能从根本上认清即将出现的新问题与新挑战;只有认清即将出现的新问题与新挑战,才能进一步明确日常政治思想工作的针对性、有效性,才能把日常政治思想工作落到实处。本文将对新形势下企业思想政治工作的复杂性、开放性、融合性进行梳理归纳,并针对新形势下政工人员做好思想政治工作的新方法进行初步探索。
