目的:探讨三黄三仙汤对Se-137辐射诱导小鼠白细胞减少症的疗效和机制。方法:85只清洁级ICR雄性小鼠随机取10只为正常组,余75只以Se-137为放射源复制白细胞减少症动物模型,建成后随机分为5组,分别为模型组、阳性对照组、中药小剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药大剂量组。观察各组的生存差异及存活小鼠的生活质量;各组存活小鼠第1、4、7、10天外周血WBC计数、第10天骨髓有核细胞计数(BMNC)及血清细胞因子GM-CSF水平。结果:中药组小鼠生活质量好于模型组及阳性对照组;中药各剂量组小鼠外周血WBC计数及骨髓有核细胞数与模型组比较有明显回升(P<0.05);中药小剂量组小鼠血清GM-CSF含量较模型组及阳性组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:三黄三仙汤治疗白细胞减少症有确切疗效,并且对减轻放疗毒副反应有一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction on Se-137-induced leukopenia in mice. Methods: Eighty clean-grade ICR male mice were randomized into 10 normal control groups and 75 were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, positive control Group, traditional Chinese medicine small dose group, traditional Chinese medicine medium dose group, traditional Chinese medicine large dose group. The survival differences and the quality of life of the surviving mice were observed in each group. The WBC counts of peripheral blood, the number of bone marrow nucleated cells (BMNC) on the 10th day and the levels of serum cytokine GM- CSF level. Results: The quality of life of Chinese medicine group mice was better than that of model group and positive control group. WBC count and number of bone marrow nucleated cells of mice in each dose group of Chinese medicine significantly increased compared with model group (P <0.05) Compared with the model group and the positive group, the content of GM-CSF in the serum of mice increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: San Huang San Xian Tang treatment of leucopenia have the exact effect, and to reduce radiation toxicity side effects.
