本文介绍了D6135A型电火花机床液压主轴头的设计。该主轴头采用了细长孔节流器的静压技术及环氧树脂浇铸的整体方框导轨,使主轴头既具有足够的刚度和灵敏度,又有着结构紧凑、重量轻、制造方便、承载能力大、伺服行程长等优点,尤其是采用了环氧树脂浇铸的闭式整体方框导轨,在国内外还是首次尝试,是一种新的结构,有一定启发性。
