高功能性甲状腺腺瘤是临床较常见的疾病,传统的治疗方法为外科手术切除和同位素治疗,近3年来,为探索甲状腺腺瘤非开放性手术治疗新途径,作者在超声引导和监视下经皮穿刺硬化治疗21例高功能性甲状腺腺瘤,取得满意疗效,现报道如下.
