粉防己碱是北豆根所含主要有效成分之一,为了解药动学和药效学的关系,本文选择灵敏度高,选择性强的胶束荧光法,研究了粉防己碱在兔体内的药代动力学。实验结果表明,粉防己碱是一种中速吸收,中速消除的药物,其几个主要药动学参数为t1/2(α)为1.4h,t1/2(β)为5.187h、t1/2(Ka)为1.314h、K21为0.4312h-1、K10为0.1534h-1、K12为0.044h-1、AUC为105.7μg·h·ml-1。

To understand the relationship between pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, this paper chooses the micellar fluorescence method with high sensitivity and selectivity to study the effect of tetrandrine in rabbits Pharmacokinetics.
